In addition to normal back problem, in 2017 I was hit by a vehicle while on my motorcycle, and my arm and leg were broken. I have had reoccurring back problems for several year, but I noticed a dramatic improvement after those initial weeks of treatment. Russ for over a year, and my whole skeleton is better for it. He enjoys weight training, training for and competing in triathlons, surfing, traveling, and many other outdoor activities. Russ was raised in Brick, NJ and currently resides in Wilmington. Russ received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic (PCCF) in Port Orange, FL in 2007, graduating with honors.
